Trash pick up on Tuesdays.

Parking on the street by residents is prohibited.  See Covenant page.

The offending vehicle may be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.  Fines WILL be assessed to the HOA account of repeat offenders.

Parking on the street makes it difficult for the school buses to turn around, and hinders mail delivery, trash pickup, lawn service vehicles, etc.

Please observe the posted speed limit and stop signs in the neighborhood.

The Kennington Ridge HOA Mission

To maintain the aesthetic beauty and functional value of the Kennington Ridge neighborhood that will continue to improve while being sensitive to dues increases and promises to make informed decisions representative of the majority interest

The goal of this website is to better serve our members by keeping them informed of the Association rules and regulations.  To provide news and announcemets of community events and provide our memebers the opportunity to have an active role in our community.  We would like to encourage homeowners to assist in the process of managing our lovely and quiet community.

We hope you will find the information found here to be useful!

What is the Kennington Ridge

Our community has a mandatory homeowners association.  The Association is made up of all the property owners within the community.  The Association is directed by the board of directors.  The board hires the management team (Sentry Management) to assist in the day-to-day operations of the community.

Covenants are filed on every property in the community in Superior Court of Henry county.  These covenants contain all of the restrictions and responsibilities of members.

Covenant Enforcement Process

The covenants and by-laws dictate the legal process that the association must go through in order to mandate that a property be brought into compliance.  The board will notify property owners of any violation.

Please correct the violation by the date indicated to avoid any penalties.  The goal is not to take further legal action, but to help homeowners be responsible for their own property.  A well maintained community means higher property values and creates a more enjoyable atmsphere for all owners in the community.
